REFUND POLICY

At The Art of Birthdays (β€œAOB”), we are committed to creating unforgettable, personalised birthday experiences. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following refund policy to be transparent and fair for all clients.

1. Full Refund

You may receive a full refund if work on your birthday experience has not yet started.

Discovery calls are complimentary consultations. If you choose not to proceed after a discovery call, any planning fee you have paid is fully refundable.

2. Partial Refund

If you are not satisfied with the proposed ideas after the initial planning stage and choose not to proceed with bookings, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. This ensures that you are not charged for planning you do not wish to move forward with, while recognising the work already completed.

3. No Refund

Once work has commenced and supplier/vendor bookings have been confirmed, no refund will be issued. This is because we have already committed time and resources, and supplier costs are typically non-refundable.

4. Supplier and Third-Party Bookings

  • Some experiences involve third-party suppliers such as venues, activities, or gift providers. Their cancellation and refund policies may also apply.

  • Where possible, we will liaise with suppliers on your behalf to seek a refund or exchange, at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. General Terms

  • Refunds apply only to services booked directly with AOB via our website or approved channels.

  • Refunds do not apply to free services such as quiz-based idea suggestions or free downloadable templates.

  • By booking with AOB, you agree to this refund policy.
