However, if you have any concerns, we will always work with you to find a solution, adjust plans where possible, or offer alternative suggestions to ensure your celebration is joyful and memorable. Our goal is a seamless, stress-free and truly unforgettable birthday.

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we can design a seamless and fully personalised experience. For more complex or seasonal experiences, longer lead times may be needed.

We work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied and will refine the proposed experience until it feels just right. Once you’ve confirmed the final birthday proposal, we proceed with any reservations or bookings.
We understand if things change and you change your mind after confirmations, the planning fee is non-refundable, but we will work with the vendors to seek a refund or exchange wherever possible.
